Want to be Perfect?

I’ve always been a perfectionist. Ever since I can remember, I’ve wanted to be the best of the best in everything I try. Even though my sweet mother never told me that if I ever scored a “B” on a test that she’d disown me, I assumed that was an appropriate action.

If you’re anything like me, then we’ve got the perfect webinar for you coming up in just a couple weeks!

Last month, we hosted a webinar with real estate agent and NUMBER1EXPERT Denny Grimes (a man who is, undoubtedly, no stranger to perfectionism.) In this webinar, Denny enlightened all of us on how to develop the mindset of an expert listing agent by starting to list property owners instead of property. (Did you miss the webinar? Don’t worry! You can view a recording of it anytime you wish.) When the webinar was said and done, our question box was filled to the brim with your burning inquires and enthusiastic praises for Denny! So, we’ve decided to ask Denny to come back and share more of his insight on this incredible topic.

Join us on Wednesday, November 2, at 1PM ET for the next free webinar from Secrets of Top Selling Agents: Develop the Mindset of an Expert Listing Agent Part 2: The “PERFECT” Listing Presentation for Any Market or Price Range.

In this webinar, Denny Grimes will teach you how to:

  • Create Raving Sellers by using a PERFECT in-office listing presentation
  • Learn the importance of the PERFECT up-front meeting with the seller
  • Have a PERFECT marketing plan that won’t break the bank
  • Have a PERFECT pricing strategy that sellers will understand
  • Create the PERFECT showing feedback system
  • Learn PERFECT scripts for the top seller “trap questions”
  • Have in your presentation library PERFECT slides that will have sellers begging for you to work with them (well, almost)

If you’re ready to go from being “good” to being “perfect,” you do not want to miss this webinar. Space is very limited, so make sure to register as soon as possible!
