Q: Do you find all the eNeighborhood information correct?

A: Yes, for our cities they seem to be ok.  When I first started with eNeighborhoods in 1999 I did have to send them some information changes and they made the changes right away.  I also had some homes not in the correct place and they had those fixed as well. 

Q: What kind of book or binding do you use eg: 3″ binder?

A: I use a plastic binder and a heated binder depending if I am at the office or coming from my home office.

Q: How do you add a comment area on the MLS listings?

A: This is part of our Chicago MLS program, both I and the buyer can make comments in the MLS.

Q: What percentage of Buyers that you work do you put under a Buyers Borkerage Agreement?

A: I get all my buyers to work under a Buyers Brokerage agreement.  I make adjustments to work for both the buyer and myself.
