Do you ask clients to send you referral letters?

Allan: Yes.

 

Do you recommend any particular database for Realtors? 

Allan: On-line Agent.

Farming with mail or internet, which is the way to go for a new agent? 

Allan:  I prefer mail.

Can you give us an idea of what you see as some of the most $ productive activities? 

Allan:  1. List  2. Sell  3. Negotiate, 4. Prospect.

Are you using postcards, newsletters, or actual bifold cards?

Allan: Mostly postcards and newsletters (monthly).
